As we deal in bulk quantity orders, all transactions are handled on a business-to-business (B2B) basis. Orders are processed according to agreed specifications, quantities, and trade terms.

Order cancellations may be considered only before shipment and subject to mutual agreement. Any costs incurred prior to cancellation may be deducted.

3. Returns

Because spices are food items with strict health, hygiene, and shelf-life standards, we do not accept returns once the spice shipment has been dispatched or delivered, except in cases of verified quality issues or shipment discrepancies.

4 Damaged or Incorrect Products

If products are received in damaged condition or do not match the agreed specifications, buyers must notify Organish Herbal Private Limited within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.

5. Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the specific terms agreed upon during order confirmation. Refund timelines may vary depending on payment method and banking processes.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Custom bulk orders, private labelling, and specially processed items are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. International Transactions

All refunds for international transactions are subject to applicable banking charges, currency conversion fees, and regulatory requirements.
